Whatsapp and email support from me as your coach. This will help us to constantly move forward and create the desired results.
PACKAGES: Payment is required upfront in full.
HOW DOES IT WORK? You will receive week 1 of your diet and exercise plan which you will need to follow for the week. Once completed you will send a client “check in”* via email with your weight, body measurements and progress photos ( 1 front, 1 back, 1 side, all relaxed ). Based on your progress I will then update your plan where necessary and provide you with week 2 – and so on.
*Client Check in is every Friday.
